    I don’t know the exact song name, but surely you know this song. It is the very famous “number song”, but of course, rearranged in such a fusion style. Nice performance again!!! (The solo is great)

    Last week, I just posted an 80s recording from the Yamaha Competition. The player was 中村幸代. This week, I found this interesting clip, performing the composition from 中村幸代 again, but not with the 80s electone, but the latest Stage A. The song name is Your Song. Nice one.

    The recording may not be very good in sound quality, but it is definitely a very good professional performance from the Japan Yamaha Junior Electone Festival 2010.

    Again, another great harmony from electone and piano. A very classical song, “I like chopin”, I guess it is a 70s song.. Not a complicated score, but we appreciate so much that someone will make up such a good video clips.

    This is not a very complicated song, but just a soundtrack for the Japanese TV show “JIN”. (By the way, this is a very interesting TV show, which is about a doctor who did time travel to the very old days.

    I selected this clip is because I am amazed that the 11 years old boy can perform such a song with great feelings.

    This is not a super performance, but just a Tokyo disney song. But as you can see, with the electone, this simple performance can become such a full orchestrational arrangement.  Once again, it shows that electone is surely a very powerful musical instrument.

    Yes, I know, it is not a electone performance clip, but it is actually a great recording from the Fantastic electone performer Yukiyo  Nakamura, who won the 1987 Japan Electone Competition. Also, she is a great composer which did contribute a lot in both the Electone world and also the TV / Movie soundtracks world.

    Desafinado, a very classic song. The performer definitely did a great job to transform it to a very Jazzy one.
