Another great piece from Maru, if you don’t know Maru, it is ok, but you will recognize the dinosaur costume. I think Maru is the only electone player who wear the dinosaur costume..

If you are a experienced electone player with more than 20 years experiences, you will surely know the ELX-1, it was a fantastic machine indeed. Compare to D-Deck or Stage A, it is not much weaker.  Nice recording, and extremely nice machine!

I am not a super fan of Japanese RPG game or cartoon, but you have to admit that it is so great to use electone to perform a full orchestration sound, and perform a wonderful Jap RPG/cartoon theme song….This is one of the great example.

Just too bad that the recording is pretty poor…

Oh, this is not a super performance, in fact, it is just a very simple Nintendo RPG theme song playing with Yamaha D-Deck. But I am so amazed that the performer should be a mom, as you can see the baby sitting in front of her….. I believe the baby will be a future electone star!

This is another super example of performing a full orchestration score with yamaha electone. The song name is “Travelling under the ground”

Another great fusion performance with Stage A, have fun!

If you just checked out the previous clip, this electone performer 広原かおり just performed a very professional Jazz song, now, she is performing another very fusion like song with Stage A.  I believe this is the most interesting thing about electone performer, which they can always enjoy music from different perspective…  and they can play classical music, Jazz music, fusion music, or even movie sound track….. without any confusion.

Live band performance with Yamaha D-Deck, I really wish that there could be more electone live band performance in the whole world. Nice Jazz song.

It’s very rare that I will keep posting the same song for so many times… but I just love this this Yamaha Electone 50 years anniversary song. This version is performed in Yamaha D-Deck… still a fantastic performance, if you carefully look the song sequence, it just switch the song every few beats (not bars…) Such a great arrangement!

I am amazed that Yamaha had released a song for their Electone 50 years anniversary. This is a very good electone music script, in terms of the arrangement, which make so good use of the power of the Stage A. And the performer is doing such a good job too!

Yamaha had also released an official 50 years anniversary video clip, which I had posted a few months ago. Nice work Yamaha.
